- Do not smoke, and avoid being around others that smoke.

- Use a broad spectrum SPF15 or higher sunscreen every day, even if it’s cloudy.
- Exercise regularly. Among the benefits of exercise are increased circulation and decreased stress levels, both of which make your skin look younger and healthier.
- Sleep for at least 7-8 hours every night.
- Eat foods high in antioxidants such as berries and dark colored vegetables every day.
- Include Essential-Fatty Acids (EFA’s) in your diet. Good sources include fatty fish such as salmon and tuna, and flaxseed oil.
- Limit caffeine. It dehydrates the skin, making wrinkles and imperfections look worse.
Consume enough water. Drink at least 6-8 glasses per day to maintain supple skin, and aid in the elimination of waste.
